An electrical utility shall make Web energy metering available to eligible buyer-generators on a primary-occur, 1st-served basis until eventually the earlier of possibly: (i) June thirty, 2029; or (ii) the initial date upon which the cumulative generating capability of net metering systems equals 4 per cent from the utility's peak need during 1996.
